  Chuck’s boots come wonder around and find boots!! What happened to helping people find what they need? My guess is there is no longer any commissions for sales anymore. I gave 3 stars because I did buy boots and I do really like them. I saw another man there boot shopping having the same FUN time finding his own boots!

  My husband does construction and the salesperson that helped him was with excellent service. I believe his name was Garrett Mathew. At any rate he was great to work with, very helpful to my husband.

  I will not be shopping for boots anywhere else. A HUGE thank you to Garrett for having literally the best customer service in the state of Missouri. It’s such an overwhelming thing to look for the perfect pair of boots for the job. However, if you go in and ask for Garrett, it will have you wanting to go back and buy another pair the next day. I felt important and taken care of the whole time I was in the store because Garrett made that happen. Listen people. Don’t be cheap on those feet. They are the very thing that support you on your day to day activities. And when you want support on finding the best boot for those phalanges, go to CHUCKS BOOTS!! Thank you for your time.

  I have been going to this location for the last 5 years and the customer service is worse every year I come to get boots. The manger was disrespectful and was no help. He threaten to call my employer after I said I will take my business somewhere else. My employer allows me to pick the store I go to and I will never buy anything from this location. If you wanted to be treated with respect and not be threaten take your business somewhere else. I hope this message protect people from the experience I had at this location. I spend $300 every year at this location for the last 5 years thats $1500 in boots and get disrespected and treated like I dont understand is wrong and its hurt business.

  Customer service was very disrespectful! I asked about a certain boot and to confirm it meets the standards I need for work. And the manger was very rude and treated me like I didn't understand. From the start I asked if these boots met the standards I need and manger proceeds to tell me I dont understand. And threaten to call my employer after giving my ID for my voucher. I recommend going to red Wings or even another location boots.
