Bought my wife a ring 12/2024. It has been back for repair for the 4th time now. It’s been in the shop more than it’s been worn. JC Penny lets me know we can process for buy out but I will not get the care plan money or taxes back. Seems unfair. It is their faulty product. Shameful.

Every time I visit this location, the staff is really kind and helpful. My favorite part of visiting this location is going to the makeup store, the girls who work there are always so kind and fun. Cheyanne was awesome!

The store has gone downhill. Items are mismarked, the cashier acted like she didn't know anything about coupons, or rewards. If you park in the back by the salon you have to walk to the complete other side of the store, to the stores front entrance to get a shopping cart then you can only check out at the front of the store because they don't have anybody stationed in the shoe department and got rid of the registers at the back of the store, which was a mistake, makes it even more inconvenient to shop at that location. The jewelry counter only handles jewelry. The salon has a check out counter but thats only for the salon, which is understandable. However, This is not very helpful for a customer who may have have a disability, recovering from an injury or a surgery to have to wonder all over the store looking for a cart or check out counter! I try to shop the brick and mortar to help keep people employed but after this experience I'll just go to online shopping and not have to deal with all the inconvenience.What a hassle it was for me to try to shop there.

Visited this location to look for jewelry, I didn't find what I was looking for, however the girls that were working the counter were super helpful answered. All my questions directed me to some things online so I could find exactly what I wanted. Extremely professional, quick and courteous
