  My wife and I went in to see if we could get my dad’s old watch he just gave me running again. We knew it was a long shot, but they gave it a try and when it turned out it needed some predictably unavailable parts due to its age, they pointed us in the right direction. You’d think that would be the end of the visit, but it was truly just the start of one of the best days I’ve had in quite some time due entirely to the level of service and care taken by the team, especially Izadora! My wife and I have become massive watch nerds over the past few months, and have been wanting to see some of the brands we love in person. SO MANY OF THEM ARE HERE! Here’s where two awesome things happened. 1: while we were marveling at the Grand Seikos, my wife’s Rolex and her wedding rings were being cleaned because they very kindly offered to do that for her. 2: Izadora showed us SO MANY WATCHES. Truly her willingness and excitement to talk about the watches they had in store made us feel like we weren’t burdening her, but were in fact chatting with a fellow enthusiast who had so much knowledge to share and a passion for doing so. We don’t live in the area but will be moving closer soon and we intend to go back frequently and begin adding to our collections from their fantastic selection. If you have been looking for a place to determine if that Grand Seiko Cherry blossom dial really is as magnificent as it looks online, this is your spot. Be warned though: they will be delightful from the moment you walk in the door, you will find another watch you love as much if not more, you will discover they have other brands you’ve been looking at online, you’ll finally understand what the fuss is about regarding Tudor, and you’ll want to go back really soon to see how the Monta stacks up to those since you closed down the store last time you were there. Maybe that’s just us. At any rate we talked about how great an experience we had the whole way home. It’s days later now and I’m still buzzing. Thanks again for your help, Izadora and the rest of the fantastic team!

  I had the most amazing experience working with Kelly at Clarkson Jewelers. She was incredibly helpful, patient, and truly listened to what I was looking for. Kelly went above and beyond by special ordering several loose stones so I could compare and choose the perfect one. Thanks to her expertise and dedication, my dream piece became a reality. I never felt rushed and felt completely confident throughout the entire process. I can’t recommend Kelly enough—she made the experience so special and memorable!

  Working with Gino and Todd was a pleasure. I was visiting from out of state and hoping to find something beautiful to take home with me. They helped me find a limited edition Grand Seiko that fit the bill. The staff at the store were also very kind to my daughter who was very excited about the unicorn watch they gifted her.

  I went into the store to purchase my first luxury timepiece and everyone was great. Reese greeted me, offered me something to drink and found out what I was interested in. From there Kelly made sure we found the right watch for me and I ended up leaving with a new Tudor. The buying experience was great and I will definitely go back for the next one!

  I FELT SO UNCOMFORTABLE I will never GO THERE AGAIN I WONT SPEND A DIME THERE THEY LOOKED AT ME LIKE I WAS DEFINITELY IN THE WRONG PLACE SO SAD I THOUGHT THOSE DAYS WERE OVER RACISM IS STILL ALIVE!!!! So uncomfortable!!!!
