  My wife needed a simple prong check / repair and called to ask about the service (how long it might take and what estimated costs might be for minor work). When Todd Broadbent answered the phone, he was pushy, condescending, and did not want to provide any helpful information. Now we understand that timing and cost depends on the status of the ring, but Todd insisted that he needed to know where we were traveling to and proceeded to offensively state that Asia is dangerous to bring jewelry to. This unsolicited advice and unprofessionalism was not warranted. I hope that Clarkson Jewelers does not share the same point of view as the employee we spoke to.
