- AJA J1 day ago1.0I came in today 04/11/2026 to purchase shades. The female employee Lynsix who checked us out was awesome but the guy who works there was terrible. He made an insensitive comment about my children. That's terrible customer service. I didn't get his name but that guy needs to be fired.

She was knowledgeable, pleasant and helpful to everyone who came in the store as well. Highly recommend.

Employees were completely disengaged, standing around while ignoring customers who were clearly waiting for help. When someone finally bothered to acknowledge me, the attitude was rude, rushed, and dismissive — like my presence was an inconvenience. The store felt chaotic and poorly run, which honestly explains the apathetic staff. If you value your time or basic respect as a customer, do yourself a favor and go literally anywhere else.

He was professional and very friendly. You don't see a lot of young employees with very good customer service skills. That is why I like to write reviews when it happens.
