While we were trying on dresses and associate (assuming it was the manager) said we could not try on each others dresses because apparently each person can only try on a max of 6 items per person total which was not posted or stated to us. I explained I had waited in the line and was entitled to use the fitting room just like everyone else who had waited in line. She told me I could try thing on but she wouldn't sell us anything we tried on. This abhorrent customer service was undeserved after waiting 45 minutes TO GIVE THIS STORE MONEY!!!!! I WILL NEVER STEP FOOT IN ANOTHER WINDSOR. Corporate office - If you are reading this you need to invest in training your team to understand that customer service and even posting a policy will go along way. I waited in line and was denied the opportunity to shop and purchase from your store. You've lost a long time customer.
