So, I went back to the store to change it, and the woman who attended me was nice and first. But then she changed and was implying that I did something with the perfume because it’s impossible for a mistake like that to happen. And saying that she couldn’t change it and or help me. That she doesn’t believe a mistake like that would happen. I was very distraught because it was not my fault that the perfume inside was a different one. And I believe this happened because someone had previously bought the perfume, changed it, resealed it, and returned it. Now I am stuck with a perfume that I do not want and with such an ugly experience from nordstrom. I can’t believe something like that would happen.

I literally needed so much help I was in a pinch trying to find a fit and Elizabeth took her time and helped me through everything she was attentive and professional. Coming back to see her asap. 4 stars cuz I wish this location had more clothes/shoes options like LA but honestly love this place :p
