Founded in Vancouver BC in 1998, the first lululemon shared its retail space with a yoga studio. We've been growing ever since, and our technical yoga and run clothes are now available in countries all over the world. We want to elevate the world from mediocrity to greatness. Our Mission Statement is to create components for people to live longer, healthier, fun lives. We make technical athletic apparel for yoga, dancing, and most other sweaty pursuits.
All lululemon locations have strong ties to our local communities.
I went to the store with an old pair of leggings that had not fit me since I lost weight. They were super kind and did an exchange of my leggings to my new size! You do have to have proof of purchase but I appreciated not having to buy another pair!

This place really is as bad as the reviews are. All thanks to one man, who I believe is Ed.
I have shopped at dozens of Lululemon stores, and this one has to be the worst. First off, I shipped some online orders to pick up in the store, and set the shipping name to my Chinese name (which doesn't appear on my driver's license). This has never been a problem since I can show them my email confirmation.
But, the man named Ed or whatever refused to give me any of my packages despite me having the email confirmation, saying how ID was required regardless (which is NOT true according to Lululemon policy, and I even confirmed this on the phone). Thankfully, another employee was kind enough to fix the mess that he created and get me my packages.
And then on a separate occassion, Ed refused to apply my military discount when checking out as a guest (checking out with my actual account gave me some errors, which is why I suggested to check out as a guest) even though I showed him my EMT work portal and my EMT badge. Ridiculous.
TLDR: this place is awesome without Ed. He's just one of those employees who sucks up to try to get a promotion or something. Just don't even bother doing anything if Ed is there. You might as well order online and deal with all the nonsense issues there. After picking up my packages shipped to that store, I hope to never do business with them again. Do yourself a favor and drive a few more minutes to the Plaza Frontenac location or the Maryland heights location. Both of those are infinitely better than the terrible service I received on multiple occasions here.

Visited location over the weekend and the lady at the register berated me over my military discount being valid for nearly 5 minutes until she realized it was on a different screen on her register and after I showed her the ID 3 separate times. Like she didn’t believe it was possible-then said “she would approve it just this 1 time” like she sets company policy for corporate. Very rude - and then left the secure tag on the sweatshirt I purchased - (on purpose?) which did not set off the store alarm - so now I have to drive an hour back to have it removed so I can wear the shirt. I appreciate that Lulu offers a mil disc. - truely makes it more affordable. However, its not worth an argument which held the other dozen people behind me up for 10 mins or having to deal with someone that wants to control something out of her control.

I didn’t get the names (so sorry!) But I was looking for the Double Roller - not available online and the mini was sold out. These ladies looked up the product and sent me to the store in Central West end. I bought the LAST one! Kudos on your exceptional customer service!!! Thank You Thank You Thank You!!
