  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I wanted to leave a review about the amazing customer service we received from Maura at JCPenney in West County. My wife and I visited the store between 5:30 and 6:30 PM on Valentine’s Day 2026, and Maura truly gave us some of the best customer service I’ve ever experienced. From the moment we interacted with her, her smile and laugh were contagious and she made us feel genuinely welcome. What stood out most was how natural and kind she was while helping us. We even ended up talking about our Valentine’s dinner plans (Imo’s pizza and wings) and laughing about how backed up they were that evening. It was just a really pleasant and human moment during a busy holiday. My wife and I both appreciated her personality, kindness, and positive energy. It’s rare to come across someone who leaves such a lasting impression. JCPenney — please tell Maura that I’m about 25 days late leaving this review and I apologize for that, but I remembered her kindness as if I met her today. Thank you again, Maura, for making our Valentine’s Day shopping experience so enjoyable.

  We went here for portraits and Sheana was amazing! Super professional, patient, and lovely. Made our shoot very nice and comfortable and our memories of it will always be fond.

  The earring was defective. Wouldn't replace. I tried to replace and they wouldn't even honor THEIR own websites prices. No wonder they're going under. They absolutely suck! Worst company and customer service ever! Don't EVER shop here or online.

  It was bad. The 2nd floor was abandoned. Lights out everywhere. Liz Clayborn display was dark. Doors to storage areas left open and no stock and damaged drywall in the open storage area. Fitting room area abandoned and graffiti visible. Shoe area was in complete neglect. ( not a customer in sight ) Men's restroom..... Just walking down the hall and the 2 doors into the restroom looks like a subway station. The restroom itself. Standing water in the "hand washing trough" had standing water and some type of mold. Floors.... wow. The area to purchase men's wear ( 3 registers ) was a mess and not functional . In the past there would be hundreds of people in line or shopping in this men's wear area. Area across from the family photo area was just trashed with "people" standing amongst the wreckage. It truly looks like a store closing in 2026. Hope not. Come to this mall for decades and always park and go through this Penny's south entrance. ( So I remember where I park ) Hope for the employees that do work there have options and or the store can turn around. Blessings and Merry Christmas 2025. Photo = South Entrance 12/23/2025

  More registers? Over an hour waiting in line just to check out. People are working but no one thought let's open another register to help customers. Never coming back here
