- SPSweet PeaJan 20, 20261.0I guess their intention is to get the aerie store closed down because the workers attitudes are horrible. Came in with intentions to buy, left with nothing, will not support a place I don’t even feel welcomed to shop.

Not the case at the West County Mall location on 11/15/25. Poor customer service by Ava at the checkout counter, seriously needs to complete additional customer service skills training. AE lost a loyal customer, won’t be back.
- SRStephanie RowdenOct 1, 20251.0Still in shock how I was treated at this Aerie store. I came in to return an item that didn’t hold up after wearing it once. I had already spoken with someone from the store the week before, and they told me to bring it in and they would order a replacement. However, when I went in, I was met with very rude customer service. I was asked where are the tags, I explained there were no tags because I had wore it and the reason I’m exchanging it is because it started pilling very badly after one where. This lady looked at me and said we can’t return this, threw down the top and then walked over to the other register to check someone else out. The way I was treated was unprofessional and very disappointing, especially after being reassured that they would make it right. This was Monday 9/29 around 1 pm.
