My son recently received a new Lego set - a Star Wars character that was challenging for him, but he was SO excited and focused on working on it every day. He realized about halfway through that he had lost one piece and although we looked everywhere we couldn’t find it. We couldn’t find a similar piece in any of his older Lego sets to substitute either. I went to the Lego store thinking it would be a long shot to get a replacement part but I wanted to try as it was lovely to see him so enthusiastic about building the set. Kelsie was incredibly kind and spent so much time looking for a replacement piece - and then didn’t even charge me! I would have paid $10 just for the piece and certainly wanted to pay her for her time but she refused. I couldn’t believe it. Thank you, Lego, for helping my son discover the joy in creating and also for hiring kind, helpful and empathetic staff like Kelsie. We are so impressed!!

- DMDanielle MillerNov 28, 20255.0It's Black Friday and I went in to get our yearly giant lego kit for Christmas. I didn't know my multiple gift cards needed to be activated. I don't know who helped me, but he was so patient. It felt like hours (was probably 20min) that I held up the line trying to get my cards to work and activated with no internet and having to solve math problems to prove I wasn't a scammer on the automated phone system. The whole time this guy was telling me it was ok, take your time, we've got plenty of help. He really kept me from having a panic attack. Lesson learned. Customer service at this Lego store was absolutely amazing. Above and beyond. If the guy that helped me sees this thank you so so much for making a stressful situation much more manageable. You rock.

If you drop by one of our awesome LEGO® Stores, you can become a LEGO® VIP member right there and then. Just ask one of our Brick Specialists to sign you up and they’ll be happy to help. After you sign up in-store, you’ll receive a welcome email with instructions for completing your registration. After your registration is complete, you’ll receive an email with a link to your new digital card. LEGO VIP Points can be earned on purchases from LEGO stores and from our online shop.
How do I redeem my VIP Points?
Once you’ve earned points, visit your VIP account on LEGO.com where you can choose to redeem a voucher for either online or in-store shopping!
Do you price match other retailers?
We strive to offer fair and consistent pricing in our stores and online. We can’t price match, however, as Stores and the LEGO® Shop sometimes run different promotions and discounts. Happy shopping!
What do I do if my set is missing a piece or if I lost a piece?
You can visit our store to see if your missing piece is available to buy from Pick-A-Brick wall. Or, request a free replacement piece to be shipped straight to your door by visiting LEGO.com and navigating to 'Help' and then 'Replacement Parts'.
How much does it cost to visit at LEGO store?
All of our LEGO Stores are free to enter.
Can I buy individual bricks?
If you want to buy individual pieces to build something unique, check out our Pick-a-Brick wall! Each store has something different, and the bricks change all the time! We hope you’ll stop by soon to see what’s new!
The set I want is out of stock, when will you have more?
While we don’t have an exact date for when sets will be available again, you can search for a set at LEGO.com and sign up for in-stock notification emails to be one of the first to know!

Do you sell Gift Cards?
Yes, we sell LEGO® Gift Cards! Just stop by and we'd be happy to help, or visit LEGO.com to buy an e-gift card! LEGO® Gift Cards can be given in any amount up to $500.

Our prices are the same in stores and online, so visit LEGO.com and search for the item you want for more information!
Can I return a LEGO set I ordered online to a LEGO Store?
If the total value of the unopened set is under $200, you can return your unopened LEGO set to any of our LEGO Brand Retail stores with your original shipping confirmation email or receipt dated within 90 days, and we'll give you a full refund in form of store credit or a gift card. If your unopened set is over $200, simply return your unopened LEGO set to the address listed on your packing slip.
How can I join the LEGO VIP Program at The LEGO® Store West County?
