am writing to let you know that I am very disappointed for not being able to return a ring that I purchased on 10/25/2025 in the amount of $32.67. I did not have the receipt because I did not expect the ring to fade, but I know the transaction on my statement was the purchase of the ring even though all the description reads is Extra Value. The reason I know this is the elderly lady that checked me out that day at the Dardenne Prarie location for some reason wanted to check my items out on 2 different transactions, the ring on one and sleepwear on the other. I spoke with a lady name Debbie in jewelry and she contacted her GM and all they offered me was to exchange the ring out. Why would I want to do that when the same ring will have the same issue, even the reviews say that this is the problem with this ring. All I wanted was a credit to my JC Penny credit card and they refused. To me this is poor customer service.

I had an item for pick up. You still need to go thru check out lanes. Everyone was helpful. Close to Christmas, but lines moved quickly.

Waited outside for customer pick up which was requested online. Called when there and they said they close by 7 which I was there before and waited 10 minutes to let them know I was still there they never came back on the line kept me on hold or came out for my order and then turned out their lights and closed the store. Terrible customer service for outside pickup! Now I have to go back again to pick up my package
