    I purchased a chainsaw on 8/1/2025. I used it twice and the second time parts started flying from crank shaft area. I took the saw in to get it repaired under warranty since it was only 3 months old from when I purchased for $249.42. I get a call back from farm n home stating that they could fix it but I would have to pay $164.00 for repairs when it should be covered under warranty. The store has provided no help what so ever and left me to argue with stihl warranty department. The chainsaw was defective when I purchased it and I do not understand why farm n home will not honor the warranty.
