- BKBrian KJan 20, 20261.0This Sunglass Hut was a complete letdown. I came in expecting premium service and got anything but. They didn’t have what I wanted, and when I asked about ordering it online, I was brushed off with excuses about the system not being available instead of being offered real solutions. From there, it only got worse — attitude, inconsistent answers, and a general lack of professionalism from the staff. Even the store manager was unpleasant and unhelpful, which says everything about how this location is run. For a company that claims to be a leader in eyewear retail, this store was embarrassingly subpar. o make it worse, the automated responses to negative reviews are inauthentic and frankly disrespectful. For a “premium” brand, this location is a joke.
