    Wow what has happened to this store? I have shopped at this store for 30 years and it is in need of a lot of upgrades. No one works on the second floor and downstairs only has two check outs. Coupons are no good on most of everything in the store. So why send them out in the mail. I understand you have a skeleton crew at this store and they cannot keep up on keeping the store nice and neat. Hopefully this store is not closing down. I still shop there hoping my coupons work on something I need. Otherwise I just throw them away.

    Drop my jewelry off to have repair done. Was informed it would take 3 weeks. 2 days before my jewelry is supposed to be ready I receive a phone call requesting an authorization before they can repair my jewelry. First, I drop my jewelry off that was the approval needed for the repairs for my jewelry. Second, what were they doing with my jewelry for the past 2 and 3/4 weeks? Now, I'm going to have to wait another 3 to 5 weeks for my jewelry. I have already been a month and a half without my jewelry. Don't know when it will be ready. There's no compensation for the inconvenience. Basically, the conversation I had made it sound like I just have to deal with it. Also, the cost I was told when I dropped my jewelry off has changed. Makes me wonder am I being lied to.
