  We set up an appointment to sell our medals. When we got to the store the owner offered us 70% of spot for a precious metals. We left the store feeling the owner as a shady person not to do business with. If anyone asked me I was just telling the truth of what happened and wouldn't recommend them to sell their.

  Called to ask if they pay current market value on silver bars and the lady was very rude and says they pay soft which means they won't pay market value on silver or gold even though they upcharge on silver and gold when you buy as well. Very disappointed on the level of poor customer service even over the phone. It was a very simple question cause majority of gold and silver dealers pay market value and then charge a fee when buying just like you do on stocks. Im taking my silver and rare coins elsewhere, they really disappointed me when I was willing to give them a shot.

  Was thinking about selling some silver, so I went in and talked to James and he was very knowledgeable and very helpful. I did end up selling some and it was a smooth process! Thank you James!
