- BKBrian KSep 19, 20251.0This might be the worst retail experience I've had in years. I stood there blatantly ignored while staff avoided eye contact and acted inconvenienced by my presence. No greeting. No initiative. No professionalism. I eventually had to ask for service--something no customer should ever have to do--and even then the effort was minimal and careless. I walked out, drove to another mall, and spent my money with a retailer that actually understands customer service.

I accidentally dropped them in a parking lot last weekend and one of the polarized lenses cracked. Macy’s told me they couldn’t help with repairs but said to try here. I’m so glad I did! They happened to have the exact lens I needed in the store and were able to replace it in a matter of minutes and adjust and clean them. I thought I was going to have to replace them completely which would have been a major bummer. Thanks so much to Savannah for her quick help and attention!

- KSKevin SichraMay 25, 20225.0I have found that shopping for sunglasses online is simply not productive and that it is better to go into the store to be able to try in as many pairs as necessary to find the best fit for your own face. I had a personal shopper who helped me with multiple pairs while cleaning each one to make sure they were perfect before they went out the door. I found the perfect fit and style for me. Great experience.
