- NDNR DistFeb 8, 20265.0I typically don’t leave reviews but feel this place deserves one and specifically Jeremy. The mall they operate from apparently changed opening hours but the website still showed they open at 10, but it changed to 11. I drove an hour to get there, had my wife sitting in the car and it was 7 degrees outside. I showed up at 10:45 and the doors were locked. I considered leaving but figured it’s 15 minutes so I waited. Jeremy must have seen me sitting by the door freezing so rather than making me wait outside he opened the door and told me the store is not yet open but he cannot in good faith leave me out here freezing so to come in and be patient while he opens the store. He made me feel like we were friends rather than just another customer. I went for a set of lens but ended up buying two pairs of new glasses because of him. If more places had customer service like that, they would be amazed at how much more money they would make. Thank you Oakley and thank you Jeremy

Either the store isn’t open, staff are “on break,” or no one is available when you actually need help. When associates are present, they’re rarely able or willing to answer questions, sell product, or demonstrate real knowledge of the brand. As an avid Oakley fan with an extensive collection, this was especially frustrating. Instead of feeling welcomed by a brand I genuinely support.
