Melissa provided an outstanding experience for me. I will definitely recommend and will be a return customer.

I actually visited the store three times because I was unsure about which gift to choose. I’m from Italy, where prices are different and often less convenient, so I was excited to shop here and expected a bit more attention and assistance from the staff. Unfortunately, it felt like I had to keep asking questions just to get clear answers. In the end, I basically chose the sunglasses on my own (I already own a pair, so I’m familiar with the brand). The products are great and the deals were really good, but I honestly think the customer service could be improved.
