one employee in particular was very rude and disrespectful, when a worry I had was brought up the employee raised her voice at my friend and I multiple times. don't come here if you intend to be treated with respect and not lied to about products. Your employees should know about the products you put on your sales floor.

TL:DR Manager lied about the material of the ring I bought
This was my first time shopping at any Marc Jacob’s location let alone Marc Jacob’s Outlet location. I saw the a ring I liked, then asked if the ring had nickel in it as i can have reactions to some metals. She told me it “did not have nickel in it” and was “Sterling Silver”(very important!), so I was happy to buy the ring for $50, thinking i got an amazing deal. After an hour, I got smart and googled the ring that i bought to see the fabrication- it was silver plated brass. Imagine my disappointment, because the woman who had sold me the ring had lied to my face. Per store policy, I was denied a refund even though i would have not bought the ring had i known it was plated brass. I attempted to work out a solution with the store. I tried to return it, but the woman who had sold me the ring interrupted my conversation with the cashier to argue “it’s not nickel tho”. Embarrassed and upset, i denied an exchange and walked out the store. After calming myself down, I called the location. The man I talked to on the phone was very nice, he tried to find items of the same price so i could do an even exchange. I asked if there was any way to reverse the transaction, or return the ring and then dispute the charge with my bank since i felt as though i was scammed. He handed the phone to the manager, who was actually the woman who had sold me the ring! Lovely! That is an amazing example of a third opinion! No fault to the man i was talking to prior, but the woman, Heavoni, told me i was wrong since all the rings in the store are a plated material, and i shouldn’t have my reaction since it’s not nickel. She must’ve forgotten when she told me the ring was sterling silver, and tried to say that i didn’t bring the specific ring up to the counter for her to scan. She also must’ve forgotten that in the last 30 seconds of our phone conversation she said all the rings in the store are plated. I was not rude, simply determined to get my money back, but I don’t think she liked being told that she made a mistake. If she was nice, i would have respected the answer of “No”, however she interrupted my first attempt at explaining the situation, and just did not seem cooperative at all. Mind you, I am not a spoiled brat, I asked about the material of the ring and was told it was Sterling Silver and I don’t know how I am supposed to know anything but what the sales associate tells me.
Hopefully in the future you can have more positive experiences with customers!
