  Worst store ever hence I drive to Hugo boss in Chicago to buy items, I spend over 1-2k per year at boss but coming to this store I feel like I am coming to 3rd world country, the way you’re treating, having items or designs in stock, ability to try things or view items. Additionally, no matter when you call, phone call will never ever will be answered period.

  ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Excellent and exceptional customer service from Josh and Christian. They went above and beyond to help me, even steaming my shirt right after I picked one out to buy. They also suggested some great options while I was looking for a gift for my dad. Overall, they were incredibly helpful and friendly, making this one of the best experiences I’ve ever had shopping at an outlet. I would definitely recommend this store.

  We visited this Boss showroom recently, and unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing. The salesperson followed us around the store in a way that made us feel like we were being treated as potential thieves rather than customers. As Indians, it was upsetting to be stereotyped and judged based on our background. It’s important to remember that one individual’s actions should not be used to assume something about an entire community, whether Indian, Black, White, or anyone else. Every customer deserves to be treated with respect and fairness. This kind of behavior not only ruins the shopping experience but also reflects poorly on the brand. I truly hope the management addresses this issue and trains their staff to treat all customers equally and with dignity.

  We got our grandson a couple of items at Hugo Boss. The staff was helpful and polite. Our grandson loved the clothes too. We'll definitely be back.
