As a male shopping for Christmas gifts for my niece, I was made to feel completely unwelcome by the staff from the moment I walked in. The atmosphere was cold, awkward, and uninviting, with no effort to make me feel like a valued customer. I ended up leaving and taking my business to American Eagle, where I was treated with basic respect and found what I needed easily. This location managed to turn what should have been a simple purchase into an unnecessarily unpleasant experience. Avoid if you expect professionalism.

The girl who helped me ( i didn’t get her name but blonde hair, grey sweater—6/2/25 around 6:30-7) was amazing. She helped me with the clothes and also yapped a little with me lol, she remembered I mentioned my girlfriend, and wished me a happy Pride Month at checkout. Seriously made my day. Left smiling ear to ear. I could tell she was genuine and just love thoughtful service like this i had to give a shout out!
