  Worst store ever hence I drive to Hugo boss in Chicago to buy items, I spend over 1-2k per year at boss but coming to this store I feel like I am coming to 3rd world country, the way you’re treating, having items or designs in stock, ability to try things or view items. Additionally, no matter when you call, phone call will never ever will be answered period.

  We got our grandson a couple of items at Hugo Boss. The staff was helpful and polite. Our grandson loved the clothes too. We'll definitely be back.

  Very odd store, came to try a suite and buy, they said I can’t try my size as I need an appointment with the tailor to explain me pricing - very strange; and alternate the suit (I just need a suit). I got boss suits from different stores with no appointments. Called manager to explain more - no one answered. Very sad and disappointed.
