Big inventory of used,serviced returned or damaged apliences at not much lover price than new at the store. Research aplience before you buy it. It might be same price new or just 10% 15% lower price that has no warranty. Managers have attitude or are acting too smart if you try to talk to them,so dont eaven try to as for one to see if the can adjust price or give you some discount.

Decent selection but not in what I was looking for. I was looking for a white bottom freezer refrigerator. Can't say much about the employees, I was never approached, they were there though. My visit was quick (10 min).

Worst experience ever. Turned me into an Amazon customer. Took my mom to get her a new television. The worker pointed us to a shelf and walked away. Upon selecting a television. The worker asked if I would need any help, then walked away. I lugged the television to the register myself. I went to pull the car around and came in to discover they scammed her into paying an extra 50 bucks for some charity. Upon leaving, we were followed out of the store like shop lifters. It was so bad that I had to stop and turn around and ask him why was he approaching so closely and quickly. He then asked if I needed any help after I loaded it up already as an act of sarcasm. This is how customer service is in this administration in the Midwest unfortunately. A retail worker can't be trusted to do their jobs properly anymore. I'm all for AI and online stores replacing the traditional brick and mortar stores and the inept and incompetent workers. Imagine a former and current federal employee being treated like criminals by a retail worker with a GED.

GPU release. First in line. They only have 1. They sell it to the person behind me because my rep didn't grab it fast enough. Manager told me I was SOL and that I should have pointed it out to the rep faster. Be better guys. Best my butt.

I bought an open box OLED tv for my mother for Xmas as a surprise. Everyone in the Best Buy greeted me warmly and offered to help me carry it to my car. However, after installing the tv in her house I tried turning it on, but the remote didn’t work. It kind of ruined the surprise and I had to go purchase a working magic LG remote, which obviously cost me more time and money. So buyer beware.
