    Outlet for Best Buy stores with an incredible selection. I found what I was looking for but had a hard time finding it with the Best Buy website not being the easiest to use to search.

    It is an outlet store for open box items so its not fancy but the staff was extremely nice and polite. You do not have to hunt down help, you scan a QR code and enter a few details then someone comes to you within a few minutes. Smart idea

    They're always so friendly and very helpful The host at the front was very sweet and made sure that her experiences quick and painless and put us with the best salesperson and she was very friendly and very sweet and very knowledgeable for her young age.     They sold me a broken washer. It looked new didn’t look like a returned item, but the one they pulled for delivery was scratched and doesn’t work. It displays “inlet error” code and won’t complete the cycle. Trying to get a return is a nightmare. They are even trying to charge me $50 haul away fee for something that doesn’t work. Where has common sense gone? I think it’s the end of the road for me and Best Buy.
