- LLLAurin LeeNov 24, 20251.0I went to the Brentwood location on Saturday November 22 around 7/730 pm to pick up and return an item. There were two employees in the store one with braids and another one with a curly hairdo. The one with the curly hairdo had the most nastiest attitude when I was trying to return my item.she argued with me back and forth when I told her I didn’t have the card ending in that number she told me it looks like I would have to keep it or go find the card I stated if I used tap to pay would that matter she told me NO I needed the physical card.i left and came back and the other lady helped me when I came back and she said let’s try the tap to pay to get your refund she even stated that she never dealt with the tap to pay for a refund but it didn’t hurt to try. As I was talking to her the other lady was arguing with me back and forth when I was trying to explain to her what had happened like very unprofessional. If she is a manager at this location I think she needs training on how to be professional or if she doesn’t like her job she needs to find one she likes! This is bad for business
- NRNyla ReedNov 5, 20251.0Not sure the woman I spoke to, but I called this store on 11/3/25 at 3:43PM as I was tracking my online order and it said it was delivered. The woman I spoke to was very rude/dismissive and insisted that she "scanned in every item in that package and it wasn't in there." She told me to call customer service. Customer service was garbage. They told me it would be 8-12 days before I can get a refund, or 4-7 days to receive an update on where my package is. I called back again today 11/5/25 just to try my luck on the delivery one last time. I spoke with Kiana who had a much better attitude. She said it wasn't there. Then, shortly after, she called back and let me know it was there it just hadn't been scanned in. I thank her for actually looking into it as the woman I spoke to on Monday didn't do her due diligence. I wish I got her name because she needs to do better at scanning in orders and at providing customer service. Hopefully management looks into this to correct her poor service.
