- NRNyla ReedNov 5, 20251.0Not sure the woman I spoke to, but I called this store on 11/3/25 at 3:43PM as I was tracking my online order and it said it was delivered. The woman I spoke to was very rude/dismissive and insisted that she "scanned in every item in that package and it wasn't in there." She told me to call customer service. Customer service was garbage. They told me it would be 8-12 days before I can get a refund, or 4-7 days to receive an update on where my package is. I called back again today 11/5/25 just to try my luck on the delivery one last time. I spoke with Kiana who had a much better attitude. She said it wasn't there. Then, shortly after, she called back and let me know it was there it just hadn't been scanned in. I thank her for actually looking into it as the woman I spoke to on Monday didn't do her due diligence. I wish I got her name because she needs to do better at scanning in orders and at providing customer service. Hopefully management looks into this to correct her poor service.
