I buy glasses here a lot.. bought some online on black friday that I didn't care for when they arrived... the receipt says take it to a local shop and return them... I was told all I could get from them was a credit.. or a check that could take weeks to arrive... I had a receipt etc etc... I had to lead the girl running the store by the hand on what to even do to try to return them... was like pulling teeth she knew very little about her job... and gave off the vibe like it was the last thing she wanted to do was go out of her way to solve the problem... she told me to go across town to another sister store... I asked her to call them to make sure they could help before I did... you would have thought I'd asked for the moon... won't buy glasses there again... i prefer to buy all my stuff at one place so that they know me, and know that i'm a good customer so when I have a need ... they are helpful as well as when i m spending money... alas... customer service and customer loyalty rewards are a thing of the past... ....like any money I would have spent there going forward...lol sad face
