The men's bathroom had trash everywhere, urine all over the ground and lids and no toilet paper in either stall. Went into the family restroom, no TP there either. Had to ask a female to see if they had an extra roll in the women's restrooms. Got a roll from there so I could go back and finish my business. Kind of a wild afternoon there at Belk.

Was told that because the tags are not attached to the shirts, Belk will not do return, not even for store credit. Where is that in their store policies? I'll bet you it's nowhere that can be easily found. Belk has lost all of my business, and I used to spend a lot of money at this store. But I can promise you I won't ever do it again, and I would suggest that unless you want to get screwed, you don't buy anything from here either.

And now the decision to take out the restrooms, has caused her to say adios. So thank you, for being so careless. Also, we knew a dozen associates by first name and they even knew my M/law and I don't see them around anymore.
