And now the decision to take out the restrooms, has caused her to say adios. So thank you, for being so careless. Also, we knew a dozen associates by first name and they even knew my M/law and I don't see them around anymore.

They just watch customers go by, and don’t even ask if they need help or are looking for anything particular. Customer interaction is key when trying to make a sale! As someone who has and still does work retail, it’s really sad to see that the past few times I’ve gone in, it’s been like this. It’s hard to find pretty much anything I’m looking for. Also, on my most recent visit, one of their free people pants were tagged at $90 on sale, but rung up as $200. Did not like the false advertising and definitely wasn’t going to use all of my shopping money on one pair of pants, so I opted out. I hope this location can get better management and employees, because it has so much more potential!
