There was only one family of four in front of us and they told us rudely “if you don’t have a reservation then we aren’t taking your pictures because we’re leaving in 4 minutes.” The staff was extremely hateful. Ended up letting the family in front of us go ahead and go but not us and there wasn’t anyone waiting behind us. They could’ve taken my kids to see Santa but just wanted to get off work. I will never support a bass pro shop after today.
