  I manage a retail store in Branson and i’ve lived here my whole life so I know how busy the holidays are. With that said a business cannot expect good results and happy customers if you tell them their BOPIS orders aren’t ready because “we don’t do them on saturdays” if you don’t do them, make sure your website has that listed instead of the “will be ready in 2 hours” that it says. With proper staffing you’re not “too busy” to grab two already paid for items and put them into a bag.

  wasn’t greeted at all when i entered. didn’t feel welcome at all as the staff looked at me like i didn’t belong in the store or something. when i tried asking a question one of the associates turned away from me and ignored me. i really love aerie and i expected so much better!!

  Best place!! They are the nicest people ever, plus there prices are amazing! I bought 5 bathing suit sets and 3 sweaters and much more! Trust me if you want to find the best store, go here!!!😁😁😍

  I was so impressed with this store. From the moment I walked in I felt special. The staff were so friendly and so attentive. The items were stocked and clearly marked for pricing. And wow, the clearance area was stocked with bras as much as 70% off! The bathing suits were 60% off! I spent over an hour just in the clearance room. The dressing rooms were open and the staff were happy to help with sizing changes if needed. All in all this was a great experience!
