Unfortunately, when I went to have my ring cleaned before the wedding I was surprised at the lack of warmth shown by the sales representative. It seemed it was an inconvenience to clean the ring. They were clear that they did not have time in the 5 hours they had the ring that they could not do a full inspection and I told them I understood and paid the cleaning fee. However I had the rings cleaned again two days later in Montana, for free, and it took the sales representative less than 5 minutes to tell me I had one stone about to fall out and another was loose.
