The employees were helpful - not experts - but good retail employees. Experience at the gun counter was good. Quick process even with another person ahead of me. Walking me to the door with my purchase didn't seem like a big deal - easy. Way faster than buying at Bass Pro. The gun counter employees did not seem like experts - just employees. If you dont know what to buy - do some research or visit a gun range where people actually use guns daily and talk to them. Heck watch a first time buyers guide on YouTube.
