When I asked him why the increased price that his staff gave me at the time of sale, he said "what do you want me to do, I work with a couple incompetent 20 year old girls". I was a bit taken back by that statement - extremely rude! I have ordered many sunglasses from Sunglass Hut, including this Woodbury location before without incident. Completely threw his staff under the bus and was very unprofessional. I feel bad for the gals that work beneath him as they were both fantastic employees and very kind! FAIL!

- RRReynaMar 16, 20262.0The service in this location was not good. We ordered prescription sunglasses that we waited over 2 weeks for. We stopped by today to see if they were ready, since they were supposed to be ready a couple days ago. Fyi, we ordered the sunglasses in late Feburary. Guess what? We end up being told the order for them was canceled and for no reason at all, but worse of all we were never contacted about the cancellation. Unprofessional and disappointing. Nice selection of sunglasses though.

He was great! Fun and knowledgeable and totally helping you get what you really want. I remembered him so I went back today and I got Robert! I was so happy and he helped me find a new pair of awesome polarized sunglasses. Thanks Robert!
