  Emma was amazing - made us feel excited and heard in the process. We had just had a bad experience at a different store and Emma completely wiped that from our minds. The rings were excellent and Emma listened to what we wanted and grabbed amazing options for us. Cant thank her enough!!

  Came into Shane Co to brose a few pieces for my other half and was helped out by Kati Macias. Kati was nothing less than a godsend as I felt like my girlfriend and I threw her through the ringer trying out a variety of pieces at the Woodbury, MN location. We ended up picking up a 14k gold chain for myself and a peridot & Sterling Silver bracelet, earrings, and necklace set after looking and trying on different pieces for about an hour and a half. I recommend anyone looking for fine jewelry to check out the Woodbury, MN location and look out for Kati. She has a wealth of knowledge and expertise and was not shy to answer any questions or concerns we had. On top of the pluses that Shane Co offers Kati was the cherry on top of our experience. I will most definitely be returning to buy additional pieces from Shane Co and Kati in the near future.

  Every single time I have done business with Shane company in Woodbury I have had an exceptional experience. Today was no exception. I went into ask about resizing a lovely bracelet I received for my birthday, or to look at exchange options. Mike Lee, store manager, provided excellent guidance and help. Never any pressure, wonderful selection, beautiful jewelry, and fair prices. Highly recommend.

  I highly recommend shopping at Shane Co for engagement rings! Luke and Kati did a fantastic job helping us find the perfect ring! Luke showed us a variety of different diamonds and explained very clearly their levels of clarity, color, and size! He also clearly explained Shane’s warranty (which is amazing) and showed us what sets Shane apart from other jewelers. Katie was also so helpful assisting us style the engagement ring according to my design preferences and helped us make a well-informed decision. 10/10 would recommend working with both of them, they were amazing!

  I never thought that trying to get an engagement ring for my fiancé was going to be so difficult. After waiting roughly a month just to be told that the ring I ordered to be resized was ruined and couldn’t be resized. After driving to Woodbury from Rochester to sit down and see what other options there were, none were available in my price range from what the original ring had been discounted for. Management did absolutely nothing to help me and I never even received my Kay card the entire time. I will never be doing business with Kay from this point. This was supposed to be one of the happiest moments of my life and now it’s just a nightmare.
