Every single person who came into the store before and after us received a greeting - except for us. Workers offered help to all other customers, but not us. When neared the two workers who were having a conversation in the front right of the store near the sweaters they went silent and avoided eye contact while moving away. Felt EXTREMELY unwelcome and uncomfortable. My wife is visibly trans so that the only reason we could come up with for their rude/unprofessional behavior. I’ve been wearing AE and Aerie since MIDDLE SCHOOL and have seriously never had an issue shopping in store til now. Re-train your employees - it’s 2024.
