My body has changed a lot, and I felt like I was being “that customer” because I kept bringing back bras that didn’t feel right. Diane was AMAZING. She made me feel comfortable, welcomed, and confident the whole time. She didn’t give up on me and even said, “I’m going to find you a bra before you leave” — and she did! Her patience and kindness made such a difference. If you need a fitting, definitely go see Diane.

I asked for a matching bra with the panties and only the panties were in store so they said they would order it for me, cool, we even verified which one I wanted (mind u the colors were both a very rich dark brown). But when I received the bra it's this light brown color that looks not at all close to what we confirmed in store. I even showed the lady the exact bra I wanted while i was there so that leads me to believe they're color blind. And now I have to go through this whole stupid process of getting this bra returned after I waited almost a week.
