I said to the employees at the register about four of them standing around doing nothing that they should move that so somebody doesn’t trip and fall. I was given some snotty remark that I barely heard but something about me walking too close to the carts and they laughed at me. I’m conveniently I’m having a bad day as I just broke up with my boyfriend eight years this actually made me want to cry. They should think before they speak. It’s free to be nice. Takes barely any energy. I think I lasted about 120 seconds in the store before I ended up leaving. I was shopping for my mom’s birthday gift. I have spent thousands of dollars here and I will not be back if that is the type of people being hired. Now I wish I would have fell so I could have sued. Brats. Standing around. Doing nothing. And then to talk back to me after not properly placing the carts back (that would be your job, am I incorrect?) I have been a manager for 12 years and I would surely be firing somebody. Not impressed. I wish I was rude and Karen enough to have said this all to their face but I’m actually just a sweet small girl who hates when girls are literally jerks. Those people are not going to make you any money JCP. I’ll be shopping else where now for further purchases as such.
