Still had all the tags on, receipt in hand, undamaged. They said it was past 30 days, could not return them, could not even get store credit to buy something else in the store. No flexibility, poor customer support.
- FDFlorence DeanNov 3, 20251.0Walked around a quiet store today (a monday). Saw 3 employees and not s single one greeted me or even acknowledged me. Fine. I started grabbing things, rifling through things to find correct sizes. One employee was chatting away with someone (not a customer) and kept throwing dirty glances in my direction, not even a hint of a smile. I eventually hunted down a dressing room to try a couple things on, still not a soul could be bothered to check in on me. I actually ended up purchasing a couple things and the same girl who was giving me the dirty looks, checked me out. No offering of a reward app or asking if I was a member of anything, just a forced tight lipped smile. The only personality she showed was the surprise when I asked for her name. Nicole. Thanks for making me feel like a second rate citizen.

Really frustrating And bad business practices to shut down four or five minutes early for no reason. If the checkout is busy they seem to always as for help up front so people are not waiting in long lines. Easy parking and great deals they will help you look for the best deal. Love the Express app as well. Would reccomend this place to many.
