  Was just in the store 5 Minutes ago, My wife was shopping she had 2 outfits and some slippers. I was sitting on a corner of a display, You're employee rudely told me I couldnt sit there. I have a complete Knee replacement scheduled for Wednesday in 4 days. I asked if there was another spot I could sit and she walked away. Needless to say we Put all the merchandise down and left. You Lost a sale today.. We Will never shop another American Eagle store again and ill make sure an old tell all our friends...

  Son looking for t-shirts and had to leave because all the store had were BEER SHIRTS.

  Manger Gabby was so rude and unprofessional both times I was in this store. Gave her a pass the first time, since it was back to school and super busy but the second time (weeks later) just as unhelpful and annoyed with any questions.

  I did an order pick up and I just wished that the employees checked the shirt before giving them to me… I didn’t appreciate having deodorant stains on them. I know that it’s out of their control but at least warned me or let me know that I was buying a shirt with stains. I read the reviews and honestly not surprised….

  The staff here is incredibly rude for absolutely no reason. They act like they’re doing you a favor by doing their jobs. I was doing a return within the return window, everything ready to go. The bar code on one of the shirts was giving a system error and they acted like it was my fault. The whole experience here is just them wanting people to go away. Not surprised in-person retail is dying with crappy attitudes like this.
