I came in here last week and when I asked the woman at the fitting room if I could put my clothes on hold (the woman with the rotten teeth) she went on a tangent about how she can't put stuff on hold. She kept me there a long time and kept repeating the same thing over and over. I didn't argue or say anything after my question, she wouldn't let me speak. I only asked, "can I put these 2 things on hold while I shop around at the other stores and come back if I don't find anything to purchase these?" She was acting very erratic. She shouldn't be working here if she doesn't want to talk to or help customers. When I was leaving the store I saw that there were holds up at the registers. I don't understand why she couldn't have simply said, "They can hold them at the registers up front."? Very poor customer service and I hope she gets retraining on how to deal with customer questions.

First, I'm a regular customer at this location, also a cardholder and I've noticed that it's gone a bit downhill on the sales floor and staff.
Often times lately I find the racks to be overloaded, things on the floor ( I do sometimes pick up and rehang because I'm that kind of person in the first place ) but that alone makes it difficult to find a size or even get an item off the rack without knocking several other items down which I don't make a big deal of however,
imagine my shock and disgust when out of the hundreds of times I've been in there over the years without ANY ISSUE as it's usually a somewhat pleasant & cathartic experience for me except this time I'm being LOUDLY called these strange, I wanna say overly affectionate or I'm not sure what to call that but I'm very sure that ISN'T NORMAL or even appropriate behavior it's actually creepy and offensive,
Most people don't like being addressed as "BABY" "BABY GIRL" and the like when they're middle aged! Nor do they like someone following them around like a ghoul incessantly asking if they need help to which I said no thank you like I said... Incessantly asking.
Secondly
*I wasn't concealing anything!
* My coat, handbag, tote CLOSED SHUT ! SO NO POSSIBLE WAY TO BE "STUFFING" ANYTHING AWAY!!!
And just because you don't "like" someone or how they look just because you "feel" like that happened ISN'T Probable cause to assault them in order to detain or prevent leaving which LEGALLY YOU AREN'T TO PHYSICALLY FORCE THEM TO DO ANYTHING YOU'RE TO SUMMON POLICE FIRST... Feelings aren't facts!!!!
So risking getting hurt because you thought Grabbing someone from behind, grabbing their things then THREATENING TO CALL POLICE WITH 3 OTHER EMPLOYEES MOCKING me .... Whilst you keep being told you're mistaken and receipts shown to prove that fact yet you IGNORED THAT.
SHOULD HAVE CALLED THEM SO I COULD PRESS CHARGES WHICH I'M BEING ENCOURAGED to do as I'm a vulnerable adult and I'm seriously considering and possibly a lawsuit since I do have bruises, items of mine were damaged because they YANKED THEM..I'm disgusted and was retraumatized for NO legitimate reason other than some weird racial or other profiling . FEELINGS AREN'T PROBABLE CAUSE!!!!
All that nonsense, excessive force, gaslighting lying, repeatedly accusing me of stealing and continuing with this same LYING SAYING THAT YOU SAW ME WHEN YOU HAVEN'T. Because I wasn't doing anything other than trying to navigate through a disorganized, cluttered sales floor and paid for the things I had in plain view the whole time.
So much GASLIGHTING and abuse.
That persons claiming I've stolen things, NOTHING SUPPORTING THIS CLAIM but the opposite loud and clear as a bell.
Those other three employees who were mocking me, being so weird, like they were going to physically do something to me even after Being shown receipts, even after a cashier who rung me even backed this up and still going on this ridiculous tirade of vexatious claims.
Trying so hard to humiliate and bully, when they're the one who is STEALING MY THINGS DAMAGING THEM the whole damned time.
I'm pretty sure this isn't policy I don't work there but who knows...
It's unnecessary just to discover; EVERY SINGLE PERSON INVOLVED WITH ACCUSING ME IS COMPLETELY WRONG, if anything, possibly causing themselves further legal trouble ( which I'm being advised to do so, make sure this doesn't happen to others with invisible disabilities like I have.
ZERO APOLOGIES
NO ONE TOOK ACCOUNTABILITY for their inappropriate inexcusable behavior,
As someone with legit diagnosed ASD, dexterity limitations aside from my visual impairment even I can see there's a huge problem here and it's not me .
As a small business owner of 20+ years myself, I'm not wrong when for a matter of fact that I know people who treat others, their customers as if they aren't valued, to be afforded basic things like respect, effective communication to me those people, aren't an asset to any company, they are a liability and fwiw this just indicates poor Management
A disturbing experience!

I'm normally the type of customer to keep to myself, especially if I'm just clearance shopping, but I came here needing a piece for a specific event in a specific style. Luckily, after awhile I asked the gal working here named Emily, who went above and beyond to check multiple places and ended up finding me exactly what I needed. I'll be back to this location for the stellar customer service alone - thank you for your help Emily!

After a terrible experience in this store and with an employee named Susana, I will do everything I can to avoid this location. Note: they won’t help you fix issues from another location! A shipping label would have solved a very simple problem. Do better!

Someone got me some winter boots for Christmas from here as a gift and they didn’t fit- went to the store with a gift receipt to get a gift card for it so I could look around for boots that fit..all was well until rep made the return to original payment method instead.
Now I am out of my Christmas gift and in an awkward spot as I contemplate whether to ask the gift giver if I can get the value back on these boots. Please train all staff to process returns accurately so others can avoid my unfortunate circumstance (which I know is a first world problem) but I am in dire need of new boots and was excited to get new ones.
Thanks.
