- RKRhett K6 days ago1.0I came here for the first time this weekend. The employee was on her cell phone having a personal conversation for well over 10 minutes while there were 4-5 of us in the store. Their landline kept ringing the whole time. Then she complained for almost 10 minutes to the first woman in line that she is the only one that does actual work at her store and all the guys keep peeing on the toilet seat. Took me almost 20 minutes to get 1 pack of smokes. Very unprofessional. Won’t be back. I am writing this again because the previous post was responded to that a female does not work weekends there. It was on 1/4/26 and her name was Anya or Anna. . 🤡🤣. I would advise you know who is working for you. Your store has a broken door/glass. Correct me if I’m wrong!

My original post stated that they had some employee changes, low or out of stock on edibles, and opened late. The owner said I have the wrong store because none of that had happened.. lol? Great customer service, and great reply 😂👎. Well, let’s see if I have the right store then? Yesterday the kid working the counter said they have been out of 40-50% of their edible selection/flavors for the last few weeks. And there’s a female who worked there a week ago, who is no longer.. Now, tell me, do you think I have the correct location? 🤡 - Just tried to write a simple review, but not gonna let you try and act like it’s not an actual, real customer response. Do better. What a joke

I purchased a device that within two days stopped working, I returned to the shop and was immediately helped and received a free exchange. Any questions or concerns that I have had have been answered and helped! Such wonderful customer service! It’s always the same man in there, I believe he goes by Joe and he is simply wonderful! It’s so nice to see real customer service still happening! Thanks, Joe !
