My original post stated that they had some employee changes, low or out of stock on edibles, and opened late. The owner said I have the wrong store because none of that had happened.. lol? Great customer service, and great reply 😂👎. Well, let’s see if I have the right store then? Yesterday the kid working the counter said they have been out of 40-50% of their edible selection/flavors for the last few weeks. And there’s a female who worked there a week ago, who is no longer.. Now, tell me, do you think I have the correct location? 🤡 - Just tried to write a simple review, but not gonna let you try and act like it’s not an actual, real customer response. Do better. What a joke

I purchased a device that within two days stopped working, I returned to the shop and was immediately helped and received a free exchange. Any questions or concerns that I have had have been answered and helped! Such wonderful customer service! It’s always the same man in there, I believe he goes by Joe and he is simply wonderful! It’s so nice to see real customer service still happening! Thanks, Joe !

I waited 10 minutes in line about a week ago while the employees argued who was “going to get their raise that was promised a year ago first.” Super uncomfortable while I was there with my girlfriend. We ended up just leaving and not purchasing anything. Save yourself the headache.
