  I've had an outstanding experience at R.F. Moeller Jeweler's St. Paul location and can't recommend them enough. From the moment I walked in, the team made me feel genuinely welcomed and taken care of. My main point of contact, Will, was fantastic, knowledgeable, attentive, and truly passionate about helping me find exactly the watch I was looking for. When he moved on from the store, I was a little nervous about starting over with someone new, but the team handled the transition seamlessly. They connected me with Sarah, and I immediately felt like I was in great hands again. She picked up right where Will left off and has been absolutely wonderful to work with. Highly recommend this store to anyone. If you are looking for a Rolex, Sarah is the person to talk to. She is knowledgeable,and genuinely passionate about what she does. I look forward to continuing my experience with her!

  Just finished the purchase of my first "luxury" watch. Truth be told, I am not a jewelry store type of person and feel significantly out of my element while in them! That said, Bryan was an absolute pleasure to work with. Bryan took the time to walk me through several bands and models and I walked out with a watch I had been thinking about for years. Could not be happier!! Super smooth process and it feels nice to do business with a local, family owned and operated business that has been around for generations. Highly recommend R.F. Moeller!!

  Great experience at R.F. Moeller Jeweler. Jerrad and Debra were knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely helpful in finding the right watch for my personal style, not just current trends. They were transparent about Rolex availability and waitlists, but handled it in a way that felt realistic and welcoming not dismissive like some others. I was ultimately able to get a watch I love. If you’re looking for a watch or other jewelry in the Twin Cities, I’d highly recommend stopping in.

  We’ve had an amazing experience with RF Moeller Jeweler in St. Paul! My fiancée and I worked with Taylor from the very beginning, and she has been absolutely incredible. She somehow always knows exactly what we’re looking for—even before we do. She guided us through picking our engagement rings with so much care, knowledge, and attention to detail, never once making us feel rushed. She shared unique insights that really helped us feel confident we were choosing the perfect rings. We recently came back for our wedding bands, and once again, the experience felt special and memorable. Every visit has been enjoyable, and we truly appreciate how thoughtful and thorough the staff is. We always recommend RF Moeller to anyone looking for quality jewelry!

  I had a really positive experience working with Matt. I recently brought my Rolex in for service, and he made the whole process feel straightforward and well-managed. He clearly explained what to expect and set the right expectations on timing. What stood out to me was how he approached the experience overall. When it came to my next watch, he took the time to recognize it as an important milestone, which added a meaningful, personal touch. I appreciated that approach. Overall, Matt is knowledgeable, easy to work with, and professional in a very down-to-earth way. Looking forward to getting my Rolex back from service and continuing to work with him. Would definitely recommend.
