Better than any other dealer I have bought a machine from. When I have problems, questions or service, they are helpful and accommodating.

Purchased machine within my budget (same as one of the models I had been shown but ordered via private seller due to smaller than desired budget) and then took it to them when it got here. Bearings were tight and some other small issues they fixed. Me being over anxious to get started managed to screw it up THE VERY NEXT DAY! ARGGGHHH!!! They fixed it the second time super quickly. I offered double the cost to fix it again, since my mess up caused the issue, they wouldn't accept it and apologized for being a bit short and I told them, "nope, I am an idiot, and I will be taking a class this coming Tuesday." Then, when I called a third, probably fourth time, it was done and I apologized again and they said, "no, we just want you up and running". REALLY SUPER HAPPY that I went with them. If had the budget for their machine I would have bought it on the spot (just starting to expand our pet sitting biz). So...I will be referring them to folks and will be purchasing my thread and supplies from them and when I upgrade to the Bernina (I WILL DO IT! LOL!) I will be purchasing from them, only! Thank you St Cloud Sewing Center for putting up with a total newb to SE machine customer!!
