- STSun ThaoNov 30, 20241.0Bad customer service. We were there on Nov 30,2024 around 4pm. We were the only one waiting in line for about 10 minutes and there was 1 cashier. She was “busy” looking at the same shirt flipping it back and forth and didn’t even acknowledge us waiting in line. Another worker came in and was “BUSY” looking at the shirt with the cashier and both of them were trying to avoid eye contact with us. One of the worker left and another one came but the moment they saw us they turn around. End up leaving the place not buying anything. “It is so bad I’ll give it a zero, but I can’t”.

Tried looking it up with my card couldn't find it. Been under a month they had no explanation. Finally found it with my account but I had paid 9 shipping wasn't gonna get that back. Horrible.
