    The staff was extremely helpful and recommended numerous pairs for me to try on. Glasses were in great condition and worker took their time to make sure they were flawless for me.

    Unable to help me get sunglasses with prescription lenses. After several visits I ended up just buying the glasses without prescription lenses. The cashier at Sunglass Hut just boxed up the floor model that had been sitting there touched by everyone in the store plus the general population for God knows how long. Cashier didn't even bother to wipe the glasses down and just tried to put them into a bag with no carrying case and the tag still on them. I had to still ask her to provide me with a complimentary Ray Bans carrying case, at which point they still tried charging me for it. The multiple experiences I had there were not good but they still told me to come back a 3rd time to speak with someone else who they assured me can help me put the prescription lenses onto these glasses. Not sure why the odyssean experience to accomplish something ridiculously simple.

    I stopped in Harris today for help since the other sunglasses hut. Location in the mall was closed. There were three employees that had been there for less than five days. They attempted to help me, but either did not have the skill and/or training and could not access the technology that they needed to complete my transaction. Sunglass hut has two locations in the small one within Macy’s and one in another area and I could not get the help that I needed.

    The women in this store are not very helpful. She tries to box up the Ray-Bans I wanted from the display. For 200 something I'm going to get glasses everyone including myself has touched and tried on?? Terrible.
