    Went in, he was helping someone else. He acknowledged my existence after a bit. Cool, I'm second in line. I can handle that. Waited. Someone else comes in, loudly proclaims what he wants, dude drops everything to help him. So I'm third? Am I even gonna get help? Do I exist?

    Cody PT 2 months later!! This is the second time went above and beyond helping me. I was able to get my Prada glasses worked on and fit my face perfectly again. I also was able to get the Ray Ban Sunglasses that have been on my list. Thank for letting me know about the protection plans! Cody should be running a few stores on his own!!

    Over the weekend I stopped into the store to pick up an order with my mom. The female associate with the face piercing (nose or lip? I can’t remember) recognized her right away and happily grabbed the order for her. My mom tried on the glasses and decided she didn’t like them, she proceeded to try on at least 10 other pair to see if she could find another pair she liked more. Unfortunately we didn’t find any we liked and decided to just return the pair and the demeanor of the associate completely changed. She was short, and stand off ish and very unhelpful. Clearly upset by the fact we decided to return, because of this we will not be returning in the future.

    Great service and incredibly helpful. Lost the nose piece for a pair of Oakleys and the staff offered to replace it for free. Definitely going back to this location for my next pair of glasses
