The worker in that area was very helpful and looked up sizes and lengths for me. The person at the dressing room area was amazing. She recommended a different style she thought I might like better, which I did. She helped me find a good size. Honestly, all the women in there were very kind and welcoming. I would go back to the store again before buying online based on my experience. I’m thankful for them because shopping for new sized/clothes postpartum can be hard.
- TRTatum RossApr 16, 20232.0The first educator (extremely sweet and helpful) I spoke with said that they would be able to hem my capris into a biker short, so I tried on a pair of shorts to see what fit I preferred. On my way out of the fitting room a different educator (not very kind) said that I was unable to get my item hemmed due to it “changing the intended fit” of the item. Which does make sense but I’ve never been unable to hem an item through Lulu before. Other stores have done this for me countless times. Their website states nothing about this policy, overall not the best experience.
