She rushed us the entire time and I don’t feel like we had a great experience and it’s so crazy because I took my son there when he was first born, and the experience was great, that was the reason for us coming back but if you ask me now would I go back probably not.

My husband came in with me to an EMPTY fitting room to help me with a zipper on a dress. ALL fitting rooms were completely empty. When we exited the fitting room, we were happy to find something that worked for an upcoming funeral. However, she rushed over and shamed us for him being in the fitting room WITH me. There is NO signage stating that it is a male or female dressing room. In fact, I had been in Macys earlier and both men and women were in the same fitting rooms. She made us feel bad with her rude comments. It felt like she was implying he was a danger or threat to the EMPTY dressing room. Also, all dressing rooms have a lock. I do not like her implication. Great way to make customers to feel uncomfortable! She was also shouting at other customers passing by instead of greeting them when nearby. For a department store chain that isn't thriving, maybe don't have employees who harass customers. I saw other customers avoiding her intense approaches. She quite literally ruined the night and made me not want to buy my item or return to the store. However, the cashier, Cathy, was very kind and helpful. Props to her.
