    I had an excellent experience with this location! The store went above and beyond by calling me to confirm if my mom would still be at work to receive the delivery due to the bad weather. Huge thanks to Shanaye (apologies if I misspelled your name)! The delivery driver was also amazing, getting the arrangement to my mom right on time. My mom was absolutely thrilled with her birthday gift. Thank you so much for making her day special!

    This location on Lexington Ave in Roseville, MN SAVED me!!!! Very Professional. They answer the phone and went out of their way to deliver my order. All the way from MICHIGAN...... I thank you !!!! I attempted to contact a Different location off 8th Street to make a delivery a block away to the AC Hotel. I called this other location throughout the day on tuesday...... NO ONE picked up the phone to answer it and NO ONE returned my message left. My daughter was staying at the AC Hotel for a work event, on her Birthday, and I wanted to send a small token to let her know she wasnt forgotten. Very disappointed in the 8th Street location!!! Thankfully this Lexington Ave location really stepped up to the plate!!!!!!

    Update: > Thank you for taking the time to respond, but I’m disappointed to see that the response once again shifts blame to me rather than acknowledging the actual issue. The problem wasn’t with the timing of the order — it was the complete lack of care instructions provided with my gift and the state it was in, and the ill mannered manager I had the unpleasant time speaking wity. I received no written, printed, or verbal guidance about how to store the items. Without that information, there’s no reasonable way for a customer to know that baked goods and chocolates (not fresh fruit) needed to be refrigerated. Most people would assume the opposite, since bakery items are normally stored at room temperature. I did talk on the phone to the manager to ask about this after filing my original complaint, hoping to resolve it, but the manager who contacted me was extremely unprofessional. She interrupted me multiple times, refused to let me explain what happened, told me it was my fault for not refrigerating all items,and then abruptly hung up. That made the entire experience feel dismissive and frankly disrespectful. I understand that mistakes can happen — but what matters most is how they’re handled. A little empathy and accountability would have gone a long way. Instead, I’ve been made to feel as if this was my fault, even though I followed standard protocol. I did escalate this to the BBB. I appreciate that you’ll consider adding clearer handling instructions in the future, but I also hope this feedback is shared with your management team. Customers shouldn’t be spoken to in such a way or made to feel responsible for something they weren’t informed about. ORIGINAL POST: Received an edible arrangement from my mother. By the time i got to it(a couple days later) it was extremely moldy and liquidy. I filed a complaint with the website stating that i did not receive care instructions(who knew baked goods and chocolates(NOT FRESH FRUIT) had to go in the fridge. And was sad i didn't get to enjoy any part of my gift. The manager reached out and told me it was my fault for not refrigerating BAKED GOODS AND CHOCOLATES. before i had a chance to ask about next steps, she cut me off, and hung up on me.
