- SDSydney DreherAug 11, 20252.0Most the staff was extremely kind and helpful. Lots of sizes out of stock and the manager of the store made it kind of a negative experience. There was some confusion about if you signed up for the credit card you could get 20% off or 30% of depending on the day you signed up I guess. We were misinformed and the Manager was extremely rude and unhelpful about situation. Also for the public’s information you can not use the credit card the day you sign up for it as we were misinformed for some reason we were not “pre approved “ which was not made clear before getting the credit card.

- PDPaige DDec 3, 20215.0i visit this store pretty much every time i go to rosedale mall. i usually stay on the aerie side because i love the loungewear and the bras, and i bought a swimsuit this summer and i am obsessed with it. i don’t shop much on the american eagle side because i feel like their target audience is high schoolers but their jeans are the only jeans i wear anymore. i appreciate that they carry short sizes in store because i’m 5’1 and always need petites and i hate having to order online without knowing if it’ll fit me right. i also feel like the aerie side is usually a bit more calm than the ae side. it’s almost like an immediate difference between the two sides as soon as you cross the door. ae the fitting rooms are always busy and it can be difficult to find an employee to help you but the aerie side there is always someone readily available to help with whatever you need.
