They wouldn’t explain the issue, and claimed “we’re customer service, not customer support.” Really? That doesn’t mean anything to me. Help me, don’t direct me to some closed department at 7pm in the evening. I don’t know how this company stays in business with how they treat their customers and give them the run around just to spend money with them.
