- DFDawn FergusonMar 30, 20261.0Have bought thousands of dollars in jewelry over the years from Fine Jewelry Fepartment at Pennys in Rochester, MN. Always buy the lifetime warranty. Last 2 rings I have purchased have been a nightmare to get them taken care of. Most recent ring was sent for sizing over a month ago. They did not complete the information correctly as needed, so ring sat for a month with nothing being done. Was not sent back to store or their problem addressed in any way. Called 4 times now and no one seems to know what is going on other then repeating it will be here in a couple days. Second call I was told it would be there in next day or two and they would correct what they had messed up and resend it for sizing with a rush on the order. Five days later and nothing has been done " the ring is still at the depot", whatever that means (girl on phone had no idea what the Depot was). Third call I spoke with a manager yesterday and was told someone else would call me this morning. Big surprise...no call, so when I called them they were completely clueless as to where my ring really sits (now coming up on 5 weeks without my anniversary ring). BEYOND FRUSTRATED and pretty sure this will be our last purchase from J.C. Penny Fine Jewelry Department in Rochester, MN.
